Leading With AI
Equipping women with the skills to lead in an AI-enabled world
What is Leading With AI
Developed in partnership with ivee, the UK Government's official AI upskilling partner and DSIT-approved provider for AI workforce development, Leading with AI is a programme designed exclusively for executive women who want to lead with confidence in an AI-enabled world.
It's a practical, expert-led and genuinely transformative programme that cuts through the noise around AI, builds real capability from session one, and gives women the tools and confidence to harness AI at the highest levels.
As a three-week online programme, it takes you on a focused learning journey that builds AI fluency, sharpens strategic thinking around technology, and equips you with a personal toolkit you will use long after the programme ends. Participants receive permanent access to a dedicated online workspace containing session recordings, curated learning materials, and AI tool guides – all of which are designed to be directly implementable into your day-to-day life.
- Using AI for strategy documents, stakeholder communications and decision preparation
- Moving beyond experimentation to purposeful, high-impact use
- Building personal fluency with the tools that matter most at senior level
- Leaving with an immediately deployable personal AI approach
- Mapping where AI is already present in your organisation and where the gaps are
- Identifying opportunities by function and where the highest impact areas are
- Learning how to ask the right questions of your teams about AI
- Sharpening your strategic read of your organisation’s AI landscape
- How to sponsor AI adoption at executive level without becoming the bottleneck
- What good AI governance looks like and what your role in it should be
- How to bring your teams and organisation with you through the shift
- Positioning yourself and your organisation ahead of the curve
Who is Leading With AI For?
This programme is designed for executive and senior leaders who want to use AI with confidence in their working lives, and for those who want to ensure they are equipped to lead their organisations through an increasingly AI-enabled world.
The ideal participant typically
- Is in a senior or leadership role, or working towards one
- Wants to use AI with the confidence and fluency expected at the highest levels
- Is engaged with AI but wants to cut through the noise
- Wants practical skills and strategic insight they can apply across their organisation
- Is keen to be part of a peer community of senior women navigating the same questions
Our outcomes
AI is rapidly reshaping how organisations operate and what is expected of senior leaders. Leading with AI is designed to help leaders engage with that shift confidently, strategically and practically, equipping them not simply to engage with AI, but to drive it.
As AI becomes increasingly embedded within organisational strategy and decision-making, it is essential that leaders are actively shaping how these technologies are understood, implemented and governed. Developed in partnership with Ivee, the UK Government's official AI upskilling partner, the programme creates a space specifically for senior women leaders to explore AI within the context of leadership, organisational influence and long-term change.
Participants join a cross-sector cohort, creating an environment for peer learning, discussion and shared problem-solving. Sessions are highly practical and focused on real workplace application, exploring how AI can support communication, productivity, strategic thinking and decision-making in day-to-day leadership contexts.
Because AI technologies and workplace applications are evolving rapidly, programme content is refreshed for each cohort to reflect emerging tools, changing workplace applications and the latest developments in organisational AI adoption. Participants leave with practical tools they can apply immediately, greater confidence engaging with AI critically and strategically, and a clearer understanding of how to lead effectively through a period of significant technological change.
