Payment Terms

The terms below cover two of our programmes. Please read the section relevant to your booking carefully before proceeding.

• Leadership Summit — residential programme, £5,985 per person (excl. VAT)
• Leading with AI — flexible online programme, £499 per participant (excl. VAT where applicable)

Each programme has its own pricing, cancellation, and refund policy. If you have any questions, please get in touch before booking.

Leadership Summit Payment Terms

1. The cost of the Leadership Summit programme for 2026 is £5,985 per person (excl VAT).

2. Two nights at the hotel on a B&B basis is included in the programme fee. By booking a place on our programme, you are confirming that you wish to reserve a hotel room for two nights. Additional nights can be booked for an additional fee.

3. If you do not want to reserve a room, please tell us more than 28 days before the commencement of the programme.

4. In addition to the programme fee, the client is responsible for travel costs.

Non-Refundable Deposit

1. Deposits paid online are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.

2. You may transfer your deposit to a later programme date, if we have been informed within 21 calendar days from the programme start date. In line with UK money laundering laws any deposits paid will only be refunded to the person or body who paid the deposit.

3. If a programme is cancelled, you will be automatically transferred to the next available programme date or offered a full refund.

Cancellation Fees

1. If the client needs to cancel any place(s), the following cancellation policy will apply:

• More than 60 working days before the commencement of the programme, the client will receive a credit note for 100% of the invoice amount.
• Between 59 - 40 working days before the commencement of the programme, the client can transfer their participant(s) to a new programme within 3 months of the original programme.
• Between 39 – 20 working days before the commencement of the programme, the provider will accept a replacement participant(s) for the nominated programme for which an administrative fee of £250 will become payable. If a replacement participant cannot be found full fees will be charged.
• Fewer than 19 working days before the commencement of the programme – full fees will be charged.

2. Fees apply unless there are exceptional circumstances to the request.

3. All requests must be put in writing by the client.

4. All requests will be considered on an individual basis.

Leading with AI Payment Terms

Programme Fees and Payment

1. The cost of the Leading with AI programme is £499 per participant (excl VAT where applicable).

2. Participants may pay either in full upon registration, by instalments as set out below, or through an organisational invoice arrangement where agreed by the provider.

3. Participants paying in full upon registration will receive an invoice confirming payment from the provider.

4. Organisations requesting payment by invoice must ensure payment is made within the agreed invoice terms.

5. Promotional pricing, discounts or early booking offers may be available at the discretion of the provider and may be subject to separate terms and time limitations.

Instalment Payments

1. Participants choosing to pay by instalments will pay the programme fee in three instalments of £166.33, £166.33 and £166.34.

2. The first instalment is payable upon registration. The second instalment is due on 1 July 2026 and the final instalment is due on 1 August 2026.

3. Participants paying by instalments will receive a payment link for each instalment when it becomes due.

4. Participants remain liable for the full programme fee once their place has been confirmed, irrespective of whether payment is made in full or by instalments.

5. Failure to make an instalment payment by the due date may result in suspension of access to programme materials, recordings and certification until payment has been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Participants may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of booking, provided the cancellation request is made more than 21 calendar days before the commencement of the programme and programme materials or recordings have not been accessed.

2. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made fewer than 21 calendar days before the commencement of the programme.

3. After this period, payments are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the provider.

4. If a participant is unable to attend, a replacement participant may be nominated at no additional charge up to 5 working days before the commencement of the programme.

5. Requests for cancellation, transfer or replacement participants must be submitted in writing.

6. All exceptional circumstances requests will be considered on an individual basis.

7. If the programme is cancelled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund.
