Research completed by The Pipeline suggests that there is a correlation between company performance and women in CEO and Executive Committee roles. Yet, women make up 16 per cent of executive committee members across the FTSE 350. And even less hold profit & loss (P&L) jobs. Just 6% are of women on FTSE 350 Executive Committees are in roles with P&L responsibility. These roles are critical to enhance progression to executive and chief executive roles.
