Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Masters’ degree in Business and a Masters’ degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD. Her thesis ‘Wilful blindness – narcissist’s at work’ looked at how personality disorders manifest themselves in the Executive suite.

Sue is also on an Advisory Board at UCL where she lectures on organisation design and the ‘Dark side of Leadership’ on two of their MSc programmes in telecoms and business. She is also member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and the Organisation for Promoting Understanding of Society (OPUS).

Sue is an experienced Consultant and Executive coach. Combining her operational and corporate strategy and HR experience, Susan has a proven track record of diagnosing complex organisation problems/change situations and developing and leading large scale interventions that delivered significant business benefits.

Most of Sue’s career has been working in large multi-national corporate businesses; such as BT plc. She has also worked internationally as a Consultant and Executive coach across a range of industry sectors including professional services, manufacturing, aerospace and bio-medical devices.
