GENIE is an exciting new diagnostic tool developed and brought to market by The Pipeline. It measures the experiences of employees against a range of academic, industry and primary research so organisations can tell where and how they need to intervene to help individuals and groups within their workforce maximise their careers, increase their sense of belonging and feel supported to thrive.
It is based on the belief that talent does not discriminate it can be found equally amongst all irrespective of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical ability, age and class. Organisations are frequently first class at developing and including those from a narrow demographic pool but miss out on the broad talents of all their people. If organisations continue to communicate and develop people in the way they always have the same limiting results will be achieved and the current war for talent will not be won. That’s where Genie makes a difference.
GENIE is not an idea it is a fully-fledged diagnostic tool that has been rolled out and successfully tested. We are now looking for a senior executive who’d like to take GENIE to the next level. Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have end to end P&L responsibility for all GENIE services.
The Pipeline prides itself on being practical and muscular so the successful candidate will be able to develop compelling narratives from big data that offer crucial insights. If implemented recommendations will lead to organisations being more diverse and inclusive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling GENIE through the development of new GENIE products and services. These will include consultancy and brand extensions.
The Pipeline holds a broad range of data and research. The successful candidate will bring all these insights and results under one umbrella to improves outputs. S/he will also maximise insights from participants on it’s programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for GENIE sales to agreed targets.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate and build relationships with CEOs and senior executives. They will also be able to communicate effectively across all channels including traditional media, social media (vlogs, blogs, LinkedIn). They will be a good public speaker at conferences and to groups.
It is envisaged that this is a full-time role based in central London (Regent St). However, we are flexible and happy to discuss hours. In addition to a base salary the successful candidate will have an attractive bonus structure, as well as, repeat commission.
For the right candidate we are also willing to share equity in the business after year 1 in return for successful business performance.
